The Jr. Bigfoot pathway
Bow Valley Jr. Bigfoot is an affiliate of Bow Valley Bigfoot, powered by the P3 Sports model. We field competitive Hockey Super League teams for athletes born in 2018, 2017, 2015 and 2014 Major, built around the pillars of Passion, Perspective and Performance.
Every team is coached by full-time professionals, trains at the Spray Lakes Sports Centre and P3 Training Center, and follows a structured development pathway that prepares players for the next level in hockey and in life.

The system behind the Jr. Bigfoot
P3 Sports Inc. is a Cochrane-based sport performance and hockey development company built on one belief: hockey is a vehicle to develop great people. P3 operates the P3 Training Center at the Spray Lakes Sports Centre and delivers year-round skill, skating, strength, mental performance and academy programming to athletes of every age and level.
Every Jr. Bigfoot team runs inside that same system — full-time professional coaches, measured off-ice training, video and mental performance support, and a defined pathway that connects our youngest athletes all the way to the Bow Valley Bigfoot AAA program.

Our Teams
The 2026/2027 Junior Bigfoot program fields teams across multiple birth years — giving athletes at every stage a competitive home within the P3 Sports pathway.
Where we compete
Hockey Super League
The Junior Bigfoot compete in the Hockey Super League (HSL) — an elite, development-first league that brings together the strongest independent and academy programs across Western Canada. HSL play gives our athletes a real competitive schedule against high-level opposition, while the day-to-day training, coaching and standards stay inside the P3 Sports system.

Program Standard

Where we train
Spray Lakes Sports Centre
SLSC includes 3 arenas, a full fitness centre, aquatic centre, sport floors, gymnasium, Jugo Juice, Patsy's Place Cafe, Forge Rehab & Performance, and the P3 Training Center.
The P3 Training Center is fully equipped for in-season and off-season hockey specific training including gym equipment, synthetic ice, a shooting room and a team video room.
